These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ez4club ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://ez4club.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

ez4club is an online casino and sports betting entertainment platform operated for the benefit of adult users aged 21 years and above. The Platform provides slots, live dealer table games, sports betting markets, and other interactive gaming products denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an active Account on ez4club, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. ez4club operates exclusively for adults.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of ez4club or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have a prior Account on the Platform that was suspended, restricted, or terminated for violations of this Agreement.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

Each eligible person is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only. The existence of duplicate accounts, even where registered under different names or email addresses, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account access with any third party or allow any other person to operate your Account on your behalf.
• You agree to notify ez4club immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• ez4club will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, ez4club requires completion of KYC verification. Users will be required to submit valid government-issued photo identification and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds documentation. ez4club reserves the right to request additional documents where required for AML compliance purposes.

All financial transactions on ez4club are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ez4club does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

The following payment channels are supported for deposits on the Platform:

• DuitNow Transfer and DuitNow QR
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — supporting Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ez4club reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time as part of AML compliance procedures.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to standard blockchain confirmation requirements before being credited to your Account.
• ez4club is not responsible for delays caused by banking system outages, eWallet service interruptions, or third-party payment processor errors.

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your Account is subject to the conditions set out in this clause. ez4club aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes to four (4) hours during normal operating hours, subject to KYC completion and internal compliance review.

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ez4club Account holder. No third-party withdrawals will be approved under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically practicable, in compliance with AML requirements.
• If any active bonus is attached to your Account balance, the associated wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• ez4club reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

ez4club offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions displayed at the time of the offer.

• All bonuses are awarded in the form of Bonus Credits unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount (or bonus amount alone, as specified per promotion). Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus value.
• Only one (1) active bonus may be held on an Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winings will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Bonus credits and winings derived from bonus play are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in individual promotion terms.
• ez4club reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or system manipulation is identified.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements (e.g., table games and live dealer games may contribute at 10% of the standard rate). Full contribution tables are available individual promotion terms.

All games available on ez4club are governed by the rules of the individual game, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• All gaming outcomes on ez4club are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes conducted in real time under controlled studio conditions.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. No cancellation or modification of a submitted wager is permitted once the game round or betting event has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, ez4club reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the corresponding wager amount to the User's Account.
• The Platform displays each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage within the game information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-term return rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are subject to separate betting rules for each sport, event type, and market format. These rules govern scenarios including match abandonment, player substitutions, and result reversals.
• Any bets placed following the official close of a betting market, or accepted in error by the Platform's system, will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ez4club and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and legal action where applicable:

1. Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter, including during KYC verification.
3. Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring transactions to evade detection thresholds.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
5. Exploiting any software bug, system error, or pricing anomaly on the Platform. Users who discover such errors are obligated to report them to customer support immediately.
6. Coluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker and live dealer environments.
7. Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic low-risk wagering strategy primarily designed to extract bonus value rather than participate in genuine recreational gambling.
8. Chargeback or payment reversal fraud — initiating a chargeback on any deposit made to ez4club through your bank or payment provider while retaining wagering activity or winings from those funds.
9. Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
10. Allowing any third party, including a minor, to access your Account or conduct transactions on your behalf.

ez4club is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the vast majority of our players, can become problematic for some individuals. In fulfilment of our responsible gambling obligations, we provide the following tools and safeguards:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Users of their session duration and cumulative wagering amounts.
• Cool-Down Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-down period, login access is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently close their Account may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All content on the ez4club Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trade marks, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, source code, and audio-visual materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of ez4club or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit Users to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ez4club.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notices embedded in Platform content.
• Use the ez4club name, logo, or brand identity in any context that implies an endorsement, affiliation, or partnership not authorised by ez4club.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ez4club, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings, profits, or gaming funds resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banking, eWallet, or payment service providers.
• Any gambling losses incurred during normal Platform use by an eligible registered User.
• Service unavailability arising from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events.

In all cases, ez4club's maximum aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ez4club reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect User rights, financial obligations, or eligibility criteria — notice will be provided via:

• A prominent in-platform banner or pop-up notification upon next login.
• An email to the registered email address associated with your Account.
• An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, and administrative updates, may be made without individual notification. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the terms of ez4club's operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a User and ez4club, the User should first contact our Customer Support team via Live Chat or written enquiry to seek resolution. ez4club commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal Customer Support escalation, either party may seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by ez4club's licensing authority. Details of this mechanism are available upon written request to our support team.
